How to Export my Baseline results - Vector Components

Export Vectors Components

The following formats are available to export vector components:

 Geolab format (text)

 SurvNET format (from Carlson Survey, text)

 CSV format (custom format)

To export your vector components, go to Tools > Export > Baseline... ; you will then get the Baseline Export dialog box.

Geolab Format

From the Baseline Export window, do these steps:

 In the filter dropdown list, select All Processed to export all baselines or Last processed to export re-processed baselines;

 Select the baseline you want to export (note that they are all selected in the default selection);

 In the Export Profile section, select <GeoLab>;

 Finally click OK.

This will generate a standard GeoLab text file.

CSV Format

From the Baseline Export window, do these steps:

 In the filter dropdown list, select All Processed to export all baselines or Last processed to export re-processed baselines;

 Select the baseline you want to export (note that they are all selected in the default selection);

 In the Export Profile section, select CSV Default”;

 Then click to customize the content of the output file.

From the Profile Editor (shown above), select the parameters that you want to export by checking them in the Baseline Fields section. You can save this custom selection in your own profile using the “Save As” button. When happy with your custom profile, click on Close. This will bring you back to the Baseline Export dialog. Click OK to export.

Next time you need to export your baselines in the CSV format with the same fields, simply select your custom profile in the Export Profile section.  This will generate your personally formatted CSV file each and every time.

SurvNET Format

From the Baseline Export window, do these steps:

 In the filter dropdown list, select All Processed to export all baselines or Last processed to export re-processed baselines;

 Select the baseline you want to export (note that they are all selected in the default selection);

 In the Export Profile section, select <SurvNET>;

 Finally click OK.

This will generate a standard SurvNET text file.
